Paypal enables anyone with an email address to send & receive payments online. For one off paypal payments with a Credit card you do not have to sign up for paypal, it is as easy as a normal online credit card purchase.

Does Focalpoint have an actual retail store?
No we don't but there are plenty of great BMX stores around Australia stocking our product, check out the stockists page for more info.
How long does it usually take to get my order?
Inside of Australia it usually takes 2-3 days from when you order it, If I am on the road there may be a delay but I will always let you know if that is the case.
Can I get some free stickers?
Yep! All orders that are made will receive free stickers!
Can I return a product?
If you pick the wrong size, you can swap it for a different size, you just need to post the item back along with a postage paid satchel
